REPORT: RODOLFO BELLATO OUT, ANTONIO TROCOLI IN ON MAY 18 UFC CARD

Rodolfo Bellato has been pulled from a bout against Oumar Sy on the May 18 UFC Fight Night card according to Tapology (via Marcel Dorff), replacing Bellator is Antonio Trocoli.

Sy (9-0-0) is making his UFC debut in this encounter and does so with an undefeated streak that has lasted almost five years. Sy is also competing for the first time in over a year, as his last fight happened in June of 2023. Sy has competed nine times as a professional MMA fighter and just two of those encounters went the distance.

Trocoli (12-3-0-1NC) is also making his UFC debut in this bout and does so having won three of his last four fights. Trocoli is competing for the first time in over two years, with his last fight happening in November of 2021. Trocoli competed on Dana White’s Contender Series, fighting Kenneth Bergh to a no contest during the 2019 season.

UFC Fight Night is scheduled for Saturday, May 18 from the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada with Edson Barboza and Lerone Murphy headlining. PWInsiderXtra is providing live coverage of the event, while broadcast plans have yet to be revealed.
