This Saturday will be a big night for combat sports fans, as UFC 317, Jake Paul vs. Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. and WWE Night Of Champions is happening on the same day.
One person who doesn’t seem to care so much about the boxing card airing opposite of UFC programming is UFC COO Dana White.
“Oh really? I didn’t even f*cking know that,” White told MMA Fighting during an appearance at Fanatics Fest on Sunday. “I didn’t even know he was fighting so that’s how concerned I am about it.”
The UFC card will be headlined by Ilia Topuria vs. Charles Oliveira, while the boxing card will be headlined by Paul vs. Chavez Jr. and the WWE card will be headlined by John Cena vs. CM Punk.
Former UFC Bantamweight Champion Holly Holm returns to boxing on the undercard of Paul vs. Chavez Jr. and the UFC COO didn’t even know that was happening.
“Oh no shit?” White said when asked about Holm returning to boxing.
