The award-winning CarJitsu Showdown is an original combat sport featuring elite combat athletes competing for submissions inside the confines of a real Nissan Magnite vehicle and under sanctioned jiu-jitsu rules. With no distance or escape, CarJitsu victory is earned through control, leverage, positional dominance and submission.
In collaboration with Nissan Middle East, the CarJitsu Showdown will take place inside the Nissan Magnite, making it the biggest battle ever held inside Nissan’s most compact SUV. The fights will put Magnite under live, unscripted pressure, showcasing Nissan’s intelligent use of space, confidence and performance in a compact form.

Taking place during Professional Fighters League’s Road to Dubai fight week, the Nissan Magnite CarJitsu Showdown is scheduled alongside a major international combat sports calendar, introducing the sport to a fight-centric audience in the United Arab Emirates, where jiu-jitsu is recognized as the national sport.
Two preliminary CarJitsu matches will be conducted in a closed studio tomorrow to determine the final matchups. Both of those final matches will take place at the Coca-Cola Arena on Saturday, immediately prior to the PFL bouts. PLN play-by-play announced JT Tilley and CarJitsu athletes will be at Kite Beach during the PFL weigh-in celebration to preview the Nissan Magnite CarJitsu Showdown.
