A featherweight division attraction has been added to the March 14 UFC Fight Night card according to the Iridium Sports Agency as Andre Fili faces Jose Delgado.
Fili (25-12-0, 1NC) has rotated wins and losses in his last eight UFC fights, with his last bout being a split decision victory over Christian Rodriguez at UFC On ESPN 72. Fili hasn’t put a winning streak together in over seven years, with his last such streak lasting for two fights. Fili has earned 25 wins as a professional MMA fighter and 12 of them came by way of decision.
Delgado (10-2-0) has won two of three under the UFC banner, with those wins coming over Connor Matthews and Hyder Amil. Delgado competed on Dana White’s Contender Series, defeating Ernie Juarez by second round knockout. Delgado has suffered two losses as a professional MMA fighter and all of them came by way of decision.
UFC Fight Night is scheduled for Saturday, March 14 from the Meta Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada with Josh Emmett and Kevin Vallejos headlining. PWInsiderXtra is providing live coverage of the event, which streams live on Paramount+.
