A flyweight division attraction has been added to the April 25 UFC Fight Night card according to AG Fight as Jafel Filho faces Lucas Rocha.
Filho (17-4-0) has won three of five under the UFC banner, with those wins coming over Daniel Barez, Ode Osbourne, and Clayton Carpenter. Filho competed on Dana White’s Contender Series, defeating Roybert Echeverria by third round TKO. Filho has earned 17 wins as a professional MMA fighter and 11 of them have come by submission.
Rocha (18-2-0) has won just one of two in the UFC, with that lone win coming over Stewart Nicoll at UFC Fight Night 261. Rocha also competed on Dana White’s Contender Series, defeating Davi Bittencourt by second round knockout. Rocha has competed 20 times as a professional MMA fighter and just two of those bouts went the distance.
UFC Fight Night is scheduled for Saturday, April 25 from the Meta Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada with Sean Brady and Joaquin Buckley headlining. PWInsiderXtra is providing live coverage of the event, which streams live on Paramount+.
