A bantamweight division attraction has been added to the April 4 UFC Fight Night card according to the Iridium Sports Agency as Ethyn Ewing faces Rafael Estevam.
Ewing (9-2-0) is undefeated thus far under the UFC banner, having defeated Malcolm Wellmaker by decision at UFC 322. Ewing enters the bout riding a nine fight winning streak and he hasn’t been defeated in almost four years. Ewing has earned nine wins as a professional MMA fighter and six of them came by way of KO/TKO.
Estevam (14-0-0) has already earned three wins in the UFC, with those coming over Charles Johnson, Jesus Santos Aguilar, and Felipe Bunes. Estevam competed on Dana White’s Contender Series, defeating Joao Elias by second round TKO. Estevam has competed 14 times as a professional MMA fighter and half of those fights went the distance.
UFC Fight Night is scheduled for Saturday, April 4 from the Meta Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada with Renato Moicano and Chris Duncan headlining. PWInsiderXtra is providing live coverage of the event, which streams live on Paramount+.
