A middleweight division attraction has been added to the April 25 UFC Fight Night card according to Krazy Kev (via Marcel Dorff) as Sedriques Dumas faces Jackson McVey.
Dumas (10-4-0, 1NC) has won just one of his last five under the UFC banner, with that lone win coming over Denis Tiuliulin at UFC On ABC 7. Dumas has suffered four losses as a professional MMA fighter and all of those losses came during UFC competition. Dumas competed on Dana White’s Contender Series, defeating Matej Penaz by first round submission.
McVey (6-2-0) is winless thus far in UFC competition, dropping bouts to the duo of Bruno Ferreira and Zachary Reese. McVey went undefeated during a four fight stint in the LFA, with two victories coming by KO/TKO and two by submission. McVey competed eight times as a professional MMA fighter and just one of those bouts went past the opening round.
UFC Fight Night is scheduled for Saturday, April 25 from the Meta Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada with Sean Brady and Joaquin Buckley headlining. PWInsiderXtra is providing live coverage of the event, which streams live on Paramount+.
