A lightweight division attraction has been announced for PFL Belfast by the PFL X page as #8 Darragh Kelly faces Sergio Cossio.
Kelly ( 9-0-0) has already picked up two wins under the PFL banner, defeating Mike Hamel and Bakhtiyar Abdulloev. Kelly also competed in Bellator MMA, picking up wins over Jelle Zeegers, Mathias Poiron, and Dmytrii Hrytsenko. Kelly has competed nine times as a professional MMA fighter and just two of those bouts went the distance.
Cossio (19-11-1) enters this contest while riding a two fight losing streak, with those losses coming to Dedrek Sanders and Jakub Kaszuba. Cossio hasn’t won a fight in over a year, with his last win coming over Anthony Romero at PFL 5, 2024 Season in June of 2024. Cossio has earned 19 wins as a professional MMA fighter and nine of them came by way of submission.
PFL Belfast takes place on Thursday, April 16 from The SSE Arena in Belfast, Ireland with Paul Hughes and Jay Jay Wilson headlining.
