LOS ANGELES – March 19, 2026 – COMBATE GLOBAL and Foos Gone Wild today announced that the much-anticipated, inaugural “Foos Fighting Championship” Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) event at EstrellaTV’s studios in Burbank, Calif. has a new date of Saturday, April 25.

Tickets for the “Foos Fighting Championship” MMA event on April 25 are on sale at Ticketon.com.

“Foos Fighting Championship” will air live in Spanish in the U.S. on EstrellaTV, beginning at 9:30 p.m. ET/8:30 p.m. CT, following the live broadcast of the Liga MX soccer match, on April 25.  The show will also air live in Spanish in both the U.S. and Mexico on Samsung TV Plus, live in English on Samsung TV Plus and the Foos Gone Wild YouTube channel.

Originally slated for Thursday, March 26, the fervent response by both Foos Gone Wild followers and COMBATE GLOBAL fans has prompted the move to a Saturday.

“The response from both ‘foos’ and fight fans alike to the recent ‘Foos Fighting Championship’ series announcement has been so overwhelming that we are moving the event to Saturday in order to go even bigger on a weekend night,” said COMBATE GLOBAL CEO Campbell McLaren.

“Every time I’ve posted on social media about ‘Foos Fighting Championship’, I’ve gotten lit up by foos that don’t just want to watch the event – a lot of these foos want to get in there and scrap.  So, we’re gonna move the fights to a Saturday and push the date back a couple of weeks in order to evaluate who the best potential fighters are,” said “Lil’ Mr. E”, the founder and face of Foos Gone Wild.

Beginning on April 25, the Foos Fighting Championship series, which will be comprised of four events this year, will pit real-life ‘foos’, who have a passion for fighting and who embody the urban Hispanic lifestyle brand in some fashion, against each other in amateur rules MMA bouts.

For COMBATE GLOBAL, this series represents a path to a bigger goal for people who have considered a career in professional fighting.

Like the UFC’s ‘Contender Series’, Foos Fighting Championship will serve as a feeder system for COMBATE GLOBAL’s professional series of MMA events, and search for the tough guy who has beaten everyone up in the gym.

The Foos Fighting Championship card will be regulated by California Amateur Mixed Martial Arts Association in accordance with California state regulations.

Foos Fighting Championship is the brainchild of Lil Mr. E and COMBATE GLOBAL CEO and Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) co-founder Campbell McLaren.

Lil’ Mr. E, McLaren and the COMBATE GLOBAL fight operations team will select the ‘foos’ who will compete in each Foos Fighting Championship show.

The competitors for the April 25 event will be announced on a later date.

To date, COMBATE GLOBAL has produced two live events in 2026, and will produce a total of 20 events this year, all from EstrellaTV’s studio in Burbank.
