Kaia McKenna Wins PWS Women’s Championship at Free For All, Carter vs. Plunkett II Confirmed
Pro Wrestling Symphony hosted its latest event, Free For All, at Ole Smoky Distillery’s 6th & Peabody in Downtown Nashville on Saturday.
Pro Wrestling Symphony has a new Women’s Champion in Kaia McKenna. “The Conduit of Karma” defeated WWE ID prospect Anya Rune and Sigrid in a triple threat for the vacated title on Saturday at the Free For All event. McKenna initially challenged for the title back in March, only to come up short against Freya The Slaya thanks to heavy outside interference from Sigrid. Freya was forced to relinquish the title prior to the show due to injury.
Elsewhere, Colby Carter kept his PWS Championship reign intact with a narrow win over “The Big Bad Kaiju” O’Shay Edwards. Carter ended the show by calling out Jeremiah Plunkett, who previously ended both the May and June Symphony shows by dropping Carter on his head with a Piledriver. Plunkett emerged from the crowd, only this time security managed to keep the two apart.
PWS ring announcer Pat Dooley then declared Plunkett’s suspension had been lifted and that the two would meet in a No Holds Barred Match at the No Remorse event on Saturday, Aug. 8 at Eastside Bowl.
