FINAL BATCH OF READER FEEDBACK TO EXTREME STRIP POKER

By PWInsiderXtra Readers on 10/12/2006 1:05 PM
I thought it was a good show.

The strip poker was pretty much a yawn-fest until Kelly took her top off and by the end they had me wishing this wasn't cable. Maria is freakin' hot. I LOVED that they had Balls as the dealer. No one else could've done a better job on ECW.

*sigh* CM Punk. I am so sick of hearing about how awesome this guy is. Put him in a match with Sabu or RVD then we'll see who shines. Oh wait, they'll never do that because he's a "face"

I enjoyed the main event. Even though it was predictable, it's always cool to see the originals get a win and work as a unit.

I just wish I could have watched Vinnie Mac pointing and giggling at the girls taking there clothes off.

Show stunk, stupid poker made matches unmatchable. Stop with the stupid stuff, focus on the matches.

I thought the CM Punk vs Rene Dupree match was OK. As for the rest of the show, well I didn't see it. I couldn't take it anymore. From the feedback I read, I didn't miss anything

Perhaps Vince should get out of the sports entertainment business and go become a producer for those B-Level soft-porn movies on Cinemax After Dark. At least there I can actually see the boobs. And those "actresses" are far more believable in their roles. These WWE Divas can't talk. Sure - most of them have spectacular looking figures and fake boobs - but they can't work a match and they can't talk. And how awfully, lamely scripted was that whole thing. It was just "so forced." And can they shove The Marine down our throats anymore. This segment should have been part of RAW. I would have preferred an extra Marine promo than this crap.

While those Cinemax After Dark "movies" have no plot and point to them either - this ECW thing last night was just plain awful. Now - with that said - I am a heterosexual single man in his late 20s (very late 20s) - and if someone was to give me a copy of the film of the catfight unedited - I obviously would watch it.

That segment last night was worse than something that people like Vince Russo, Jason Hervey, and Eric Bischoff wouldn't write on their worst days. Though in Bischoff's case he'd book himself as the dealer - and Kevin Nash would book himself as some sort of "talent judge" as well. It was a desperate attempt to put asses in front of the TV and I'm sure later today we will find out it failed. It took away from what looked like was a strong night of in ring action. The Sandman gets better in the ring every week - Buck must include him in the year end voting of comeback wrestler of the year. He surprises me more and more every week. But its just pointless. All of the good career resurection that they are doing with guys like Test and Holly is made pointless by this nonsense. The saddest part is the past two weeks the ECW show has had the best wrestling on television (including TNA).

I wonder how Joey felt about calling that garbage last night. I guess he just takes his pay check and goes home and stews around in silence.

And how stupid did Joey and Tazz look on camera last night. Tazz is talking but Joey's lips are moving on TV. If they knew the commentary would be post-produced, and they know that because they shift the camera angles to shoot ECW TV meaning that Tazz and Joey sit on camera - then Tazz and Joey simply should not have sat out there last night.
