I know that technically, this column is early, based on my new bi-monthly schedule, but I just had to put the special Family Reunion Raw and ECW’s strip poker In The Wringer, so…here it is!

RAW’S FAMILY REUNION WRINGERS – OCTOBER 9, 2006

Isn’t it about time someone mocked Booker T’s “royal” character?

Were Big Show and Booker T, seriously trying to compare their movie careers with…well, anyone else’s?!

The fans didn’t give Kane much of a goodbye, did they?

What was up with Cole saying, “Next on Smackdown”?  He actually forgot which show he was on, where he was sitting, and alongside whom (with a big RAW ring apron in his line of sight)?!

Why didn’t Rey find (and attack) the Little Bastard when he was trapped with the ring apron by Finlay, or vice versa?

Smacketh-Down?!

Is it my imagination, or is Torrie actually getting better in the ring?

Shouldn’t Melina use her scream as a weapon?

Did Tazz blow JBL away during the “shoot-fest”, or what?  And doesn’t he deserve it?

JBL sell out the Garden?  In what lifetime?

Why did Vince wait for Cyber Sunday to pit the three Champs against one another?  After all, they were all in attendance for the Family Reunion, weren’t they?

And why is he looking so well, just a few weeks after getting his ass handed to him (along with someone else’s, literally)?

So Edge wants the Women’s Title (as part of “all the championships”)?

ECW WRINGERS – OCTOBER 10, 2006

Is Low-Card-Loses really a form of poker?!

Did Kelly-squared emphasize her Extreme Age, by reinforcing that she can’t drink because she’s only 19?

And shouldn’t someone tell Candace that the actual rules of strip poker are to keep your clothes on?

Wait, you mean Tommy Dreamer finally got a win?

Why are they wasting five minutes of an hour show on intros?

Where was Mike Knox to forcefully remove Kelly from the poker game, especially since she went topless for a portion of the show?

So Maria doesn’t know how to cheat in a game that only deals one card to each player?

Wasn’t Tazz on fire all night?

SMACKDOWN WRINGERS – OCTOBER 13, 2006

So JBL is saying it should be illegal to be a cross-dresser? 

How hypocritical is JBL to bring up that there are kids in the audience, when WWE has introduced storylines/angles/vignettes involving rape, murder and women taking their clothes off?  Stuff you really don’t want kids to watch!

Weren’t the “Power Ranger” chants for MVP hysterical?

Why would JBL have to “throw a little money around” to get into the preview screening of “The Marine”…when he works for the company producing it, and should be able to get in as a “company guest”?!

MISCELLANEOUS THOUGHTS

Did I hear the TNA announcers basically give all the talent a “warning” to step up their game on Impact this week, because there’s plenty of other talent waiting to take their place?!

So Nash decided he now looked too old compared to all the X-Division talent, and colored his hair (took the grey out)?

After all the hype about Kurt Angle’s TNA promo, how lame was it?
