Southern Justice Thoughts: The crowd in Bushnell was slightly larger than the previous shows in this building. In addition to being a larger crowd, they were lively the whole night. It was also the typical FIP crowd with the clear dichotomy between faces and heels.....One feature of the crowds in FIP is that in certain towns, a wrestler or team might be a face; but in another they will be a heel. While Black Market is seen as faces in most of the cities that FIP runs in, they were clearly heels in their match with the Briscoes. I don’t know if it had to do with their ring gear, but the Briscoes were probably the most over on the show....With the way the guardrails were set up, there was an interesting sight during the main event. Because DP Associates is hated in most of the venues, there were a number of children standing on the guardrail for the Danielson/Richards match. It reminded me of the ‘187 Stick Kids’ during Homicide’s run as champion....I think the show on Friday night was stronger from top to bottom, but it was still a solid night of wrestling. I wish the crowd from Bushnell would have been in Brooksville because it would have made a very strong night of wrestling even better.....I was surprised at a few things on this show. First, I did not expect to see Sal Rinauro turn on Erick Stevens and see him join Chasyn Rance and Steve Madison. I guess that will set up the team of Strong and Stevens at some point if Strong does not win the FIP title....The other thing that surprised me was the Briscoes winning the tag titles. They had announced the match between Black Market and the Heartbreak Express in the barbed wire cage match in December. I figured that the match would be for the titles. However, the title change was not something that is unique in the FIP world. Last year, Spanky won the tag titles on his final announced show. The thing that is good about FIP is the unpredictable nature of the promotion....I thought the Jerrelle Clark/Shingo match was good and Clark showed a lot in a singles match since he had primarily been in tag matches over the last few months.....The two main events were also very good. Davey Richards did a lot to work off the crowd during his match with Danielson.....Full Impact Pro Wrestling returns to action on Friday, November 10, 2006 in Inverness, Florida and Saturday, November 11, 2006 in Bushnell, Florida.
