ANOTHER ANGLE-JOE BRAWL - READER FEEDBACK TO TNA IMPACT

Show Rating (1.0) Best Match: Was there an actual Match on this show? Worst Match: Reverse Battle Royal/Regular Battle Royal (if you can call that a match)

I really want to like TNA which is why I keep watching it. Unfortunately just when it seems like they show some promise they repeatedly shoot themselves in the foot. Anyone that didn't know Russo was back in charge did after tonight. That reverse battle royal was simply embarrassing, I don't care if the fans cheered for it. Come to think of it any fan in the audience could have hopped the rail and walked right into that ring. That was so unrealistic, guys were standing on the outside looking for someone to fight instead of just sliding into the ring. And just to complicate things even more once you get into the ring you get thrown right back out? And why is there a bye to the finals? Instead of cramming every guy on the roster onto every show they might want to try to help the viewers figure out who half the roster is. I watch every week and couldn't recognize half the wrestlers if they were standing right next to me.

Then that terrible Jeff Jarred attempt at a face turn. That sappy music? He carried the company on his back for 4 years? I know that the fans can sometimes be lemmings but after all this are they really going to cheer Jarrett?

That Nash/Shelley attempt at comedy was awful again. Considering they only have an hour each week why are they filling it with so much backstage garbage like this? Oh yes, Russo I forgot.

Anyone that hasn't read Lance Storm's latest commentary about TNA, it is a great read. The comparisons between TNA and WCW seem to be endless and the more I watch TNA the more it feels like Thunder instead of Impact. The wrestling and highspots are good but the writing is terrible. I can't believe they're already doing Kurt Angle/Samoa Joe. All I can think is they're not sure how long Angle will last before injuring himself again and they better have him elevate someone like Joe while they can. Unfortunately that promo at the end with Angle badmouthing Vince McMahon and the WWE is exactly the same thing we saw from Christian, Team 3D, Rhino, James Gang, the list is endless. Let's see where they all are after Russo is guiding their careers for some time.

What happened to the wrestling on this show? They used to cram in some decent wrestling but now all we get is ridiculous gimmicked matches some lame backstage drama/comedy and brawls in between. What will they ever do if they end up with two hours? I think my head might explode if they ever do.

TNA tonight was another strong show, I love how TNA has continued with Christian as Sting's nemesis now that Jarrett is out of the picture. He was very believable in his role and funny at same. Naturals, AMW and LAX. I like how Naturals are getting a little more fire now and the feud with AMW and LAX now will soon set up AMW as faces, especially after Gail getting dropped hard. Reverse battle royal was new and innovative. Jarrett thank you for what you've done but its time to rest and the Joe and Angle thing continues and I love it. TNA doesn't insult my intelligence once again. Hear that Vince.

That Impact last night was off the charts. There was not one filler segment to me it really was TOTAL NON STOP ACTION! I liked Sting's new look. He looked in awesome shape a lot better than others his age and better then some half his age. His new ring attire was cool. I can't believe I am saying this but I found the Jeff Jarrett promo interesting and he came across really well and legit in what he was saying. I look forward to see where this angle is going.

The Angle-Joe conflict was once again entertaining, but I think they should keep them apart next week, they don't want to overkill a good thing. The battle royale was fun to watch. All in all a great edition of Impact. TNA has a lot going for them right now hopefully they can keep up the great work.

I enjoyed Impact somewhat this week. I liked Christian Cage's promo to kick off the show, as he has really stepped his game up since turning heel. Jarrett as a face could work, but there's not that many top level heels for him to wrestle, so he might end up in the midcard. I didn't like when he said that Sting you better be ready, it was like saying Sting you've never had the world tile, well Sting has been here. I'm probably the only one, but to me Angle and JOE is getting repetitive, so every time they have a pull apart, ok.
