SECOND SET OF FEEDBACK: VIVA LA TNA!, FANS GOT WHAT WAS ADVERTISED AND SHOULD ONLY BE MAD AT THEMSELVES, DREAMER KILLS HIMSELF FOR WHAT?

By PWInsiderXtra.com Readers on 12/4/2006 12:14 AM

PWINSIDER, Thumbs down...obvious right?

Best match: Extreme Elimination Chamber
Worst Match: Balls vs. Striker

I just read some feedback. I dropped $5 on this show to watch closed circuit. I WANT A REFUND ON MY TIME SPENT WATCHING THIS SHOW! Not really...

Seriously, WHOEVER REALLY dropped $40 on this show DOES NOT deserve a refund. Plain and simple, you ordered what was advertised and if the booking is not what you wanted or does not suit you then STOP BUYING! The product has been this bad for quite some time, so why tonight do you want a refund?

Okay, so the show ended @ 10:18. Weren't you happy? After all the opinions I have read, you should be thrilled you got a few extra minutes to save yourself from the product you vow next to purchase from again....more lies.

Better than expected, though with only two matches of consequence, both I as a fan of 40 years thought decently booked, the price was high.

TWO THUMBS WAY DOWN!!!
The WWE should be embarrassed. The McMahon's should count their money, put it in an off shore account, and run away. They have stolen their fan's money.
A 2 hour and fifteen minute PPV!!! Are you kidding me??
Lashley aka the love child of Monty Brown and Goldberg is the ECW Champion. I guess they need a second Smackdown Champion. I guess they needed another Champion with only three moves to go along with Batista and Cena.
Do they listen to the fans??? Who were the fans cheering? Ummmmmm.... RVD! CM Punk!!! Who did they chant for? Who worked their asses off in the Main Event. RVD and CM PUNK! I'm sorry that RVD likes to smoke...but he does. Let it go! He deserved the title. CM Punk deserved to be eliminated by someone who is actually Extreme and Hardcore like Sabu (don't get me started on that angle that went nowhere). CM Punk, you'll get the ECW title someday soon...but what will that mean at that point. Go back to ROH, go back to TNA, go to Japan...go somewhere where the bookers and owners respect you as much as the fans do.
I knew there was a reason that I only order TNA PPVs. Despite the bad booking, and the often strange storylines...at least TNA has matches. At least TNA has WRESTLING! At least TNA PPV's ALMOST go three hours. At least the Main Event is usually an EVENT you remember.
I expected Sabu to pop up during the Chamber...NOPE. I expected RVD to stay until everyone was out of their pods...NOPE. I expected Lashley to win...but not like that. I knew the McMahon's would give it to him. He's BIG. He has a good body. He's Strong. He has three moves. He's green. AND THEY...YES THEY CREATED HIM!!!!! But still, not in the name of EC F'N W. I know it's not the same promotion it was. But still!
At least pretend you respect the old promotion. Daviri holding Dreamer's tights for the win? Have they watched their own DVDs. Is that how Raven used to finish him off??? Could Brian Lee or Sandman or CW Anderson beat him like that????? I think NOT! EMBARRASSING!
The whole night I was thinking, what this league needs are some of CM's old ROH and Indy buddies to build future feuds around. You know, create the real next generation of "Extremists." Yeah, I can see Styles, Daniels, Homicide, Joe, Danielson and KENTA...sitting at home, hardly able to wait for WWE to call them and bring them in. YEAH RIGHT!!!
I'm done with WWE! I'll even start to like those lame VKM promos on TNA. At least they pretend they have an edge. ECW may have died over 5 years ago. But WWE pissed on its grave tonight. I hope Rhino, and the Dudley's, and Scott Levy, and Terry Funk, and Mick Foley, and Bill Alfonso, and even crazy-ass New Jack watched this...and tried to laugh instead of crying.
It's sad when Trinity's outfit was the high point of the night.
It's sad that WWE calls their wrestling "sports entertainment." It's a tease. It's a few nice moments and big spots...that covers up what it really is...just choreographed, poorly written garbage.
Hey, Jarrett? Hey Russo? Hey Angle? Hey Dixie Carter? Don't worry about trying to hard. Don't worry about overpaying for talent. Just keep doing what you're doing. Sooner or later you just might win this little war.
Hey Vince...was it as good for you as it was for me. Go get your ass waxed, while I wait for the Lashley/Great Khali feud that will make me want to burn my eyes out.
Good night.

My friends and I were highly disappointed in the ECW PPV ending early. We were debating on whether to get this one or the TNA PPV next week, and our love for ECW won out. I think WWE needs to reimburse fans for the lack of show they put on. $40 bucks for a two hour PPV is completely unacceptable. Also, they didn't hype any of the undercard matches and the ones they put in were practically random. No storylines. No feuds. This was a disaster of a PPV that could have been awesome. WWE dropped the ball.

Viva la TNA!

Tonight's PPV was far and away the worst PPV I've ever purchased.
The tag match as an opener was a good Raw quality match, no more. The subsequent matches up until the main event were Heat quality matches. In fact the ECW weekly show was more entertaining than this PPV. The elimination chamber was a disappointment as well. They pulled a bait and switch on us replacing Sabu with Softcore Holly. Awful. RVD worked hard as did Punk and Test. This, while the best match on this PPV was still a far cry from anything you'd pay $40.00 to see.
Vince if you're reading this, have a good laugh. It's the last money you'll see from me.
