NO JERICHO, DX VS. VINCE (AGAIN), PREDICTABLE SHOW - MORE READER FEEDBACK TO RAW

By PWInsiderXtra Readers on 10/30/2007 10:25 AM

I believe the viral video sequences, of which we were subjected to two in this program, have gone on long enough, and have become no longer a source of curiosity and anticipation, but of irritation. Personally, also being a serious scholar of the Bible, I find the use of scriptural references for advancing a story line or the return of a character to be very objectionable.

Whomever and whenever this person is "revealed", it will not have been worth the wait.

THE GOOD...Santino's Stone Cold impersonation was golden...THE BAD...DX AGAIN?!...THE UGLY...Was that the quietist a crowd has been for the winner of the Diva Search or what?...SCHOOL LETTER GRADE...C

With only the very short Diva Contest segment, and some solid matches, with the announcement of Stone Cold and DX next week on RAW, that's a new one. And with the new viral video, hinting to the return of Y2J at Survivor Series (19 days away, hint**launch_19**). I think the show was overall better than a lot of previous RAW shows.

Chris Glavin. Score (1.0). Best Match: The Santino Segment. Worst Match: Everything Else. The greatest bait and switch in the history of bait and switches! I should have seen it coming from the beginning of the show that this was going to be a stinker. From a dedicated wrestling fan my entire life I have not watched Raw for 2 months and watched it last week to be pleasantly surprised. I follow up this week looking for the return of Chris Jericho as was promised, and got nothing. Vince vs. DX Version 756 we got instead. It is as if the WWE does not want to improve their product and just spits on the fans. I remember when Stone Cold left Vince talked about how he left on WWE Confidential how he had a responsibility to deliver for the fans. Well Vince, you did not deliver what you promised. That makes you a condescending prick!

Well guys, that was possibly the single worst and most predictable episode of Raw I have EVER seen. I've been a wrestling fan for over 12 years now, and this was the worst excuse for a show I have ever seen. Jericho didn't even make his return tonight, and I'm sure that was what the majority of the people who watched the show were watching it for. WWE really needs to take a step back and look at their creative department, because Stephanie and Vince's ideas suck.
