Flyweight bout: Alex Silva (1-0) vs Geje Eustaquio (2-1)
Round One: Eustaquio with some early leg kicks, but Silva takes him down while eating a knee. A huge cut opens up. He tries for an armbar, but can't get it locked in. The ref stops the fight briefly to have a doctor check out the cut. A bloody mess. The fight restarts and Eustaquio again works the leg kicks. Davis takes the fight down again and manages to take the back. He locks in a body triangle, switches to hooks, and back to a body triangle, working for a choke but can't get it in. He finally gets the arm across the throat, but the round ends.
Round Two: Eustaquio stalking Davis. Davis tries for a takedown but can't secure it. Eustaquio nearly has a guillotine, but Davis slips out and maintains top control. Eustaquio with elbows from the bottom. Davis gets into side control and tries to pass. Eustaquio kicks Davis off, but he's relentless and retains top control. Eustaquio escapes and looks to get back to his feet, but Davis wraps him up and works for a choke. Both fighters grappling while on their knees. The fighters get back to their feet and separate. With 45 seconds left in the round, Eustaquio is looking to open up, but Davis is avoiding him and taunting. Leg kick by Davis, returned by Eustaquio. Davis takes him down again as the round ends.
Round Three: The final rounds opens with Eustaquio working the hands. Silva tries to take Eustaquio down to no avail and Eustaquio opens up with the strikes. A big head kick and several punches by Eustaquio as he swarms on Davis, bit Davis grabs a hold of him and tries to drag him down. Silva holding him against the cage, unable to complete the takedown. He does so, but Eustaquio ends up on top in half guard. Davis works out of it and reverses the position, now holding Eustaquio against the cage again. The ref splits them up for inactivity. Two minutes remain in the bout as the two men stand toe to toe. Neither engaging. Eustaquio with a kick and almost delivers a brutal soccer kick, but Davis barely escapes. Davis lays on his back as Eustaquio kicks his legs. Eustaquio steps off and the ref stands them up again. Eustaquio with vicious body strikes and a push kick. A crushing kick to the body. Davis again looks for a takedown, but just can't manage to complete them. Eustaquio with strikes as the fight ends, and we head to the first judges decision of the night. PWInsiderXTRA scores the fight to Eustaquio, based on damage, striking, and overall dominance, but it's close.

Featherweight bout: Victorio Senduk(0-0) vs Raymond Tiew (0-0)
Round One: The two popular fighters touch gloves and follow-up by exchanging blows against the cage. Tiew trips Senduk, gets on top and works to mount quickly. He drops several quick, powerful punches to the face of Senduk, who is defending well. Tiew looking for some ground and pound, but isn't finding much success. High mount now for Tiew. Senduk gets his legs around Tiew's face and pushes him down. Senduk works for a leg lock and Tiew is grimacing. Tiew throws some heel kicks to the face of Senduk, and Senduk responds in the same way. The two men get back to the feet and Senduk gets the takedown this time. Side mount for Senduk, and it appears that Tiew is injured, but he continues to fight on. North/South position for Senduk, as he looks for a choke. Senduk lets go and drops a huge punch on Tiew. Elbows to the head of Tiew. They stand up again, Tiew steps back, grabs his knee and falls to the ground in pain. The fight is over.

The preliminary card is in the books, and what an exciting one it was. Now we're treated to a 15 minute intermission of popular American pop songs, but the main card will be under way shortly!
